Rotary drilling systems

VDW-system

VdW-system

Slim pile walls can be constructed with the VdW system (front of the wall system) directly adjacent to existing structures. Drill casing and auger are drilled into the ground simultaneously by two rotary drives rotating in opposite directions.
Main applications are the construction of intermittent or secant pile walls or the installation of temporary cased foundation piles.

Auger drilling

Auger drilling

Cast-in-situ bored piles with continuous flight augers (CFA) or predrilling are typical methods for auger drilling with RTG rigs. A quick mounting system enables the attachment of various rotary drives on the leader. Predrilling is used when hard strata prevent the installation of sheet piles.
